How Do You Handle Performance Appraisals and Merit Ratings During Busy Quarters?

Hello All, I hope you must be busy rating your assets—your workforce—and in meetings and discussions with line managers and supervisors. It is the general trend that first quarters are busier than any other quarter during the year. Your people have renewed zeal and energy, new faces to join you in accomplishing your business goals, and fresh business plans and objectives to achieve for the coming year. I am sure in most companies, employees have to do their self-assessments, and we are at the stage where managers and supervisors are busy reviewing their performances. If you have any information or knowledge pertaining to performance appraisals, merit ratings, etc., this is the right time to exchange & share knowledge.
