Women Safety On Employement

We have hired some female candidate for marketing . what is legal system for their safety and what is the best policy for their safety

Dear RN Maurya,
You could have given your women staff's Job Description. What kind of marketing will they do? Do they require field job? Does the job requires short or long distance travel? Are they required to work in night shift?
Since you are from software company, you may check the rules of shops and establishment act of your state. Is there any specific clause about women safety?
Last but not least, please stop referring women employees as "female". Male and female are the biological concepts and these do not have place while referring to humans. Call it as men employees or women employees.

They are in Field job, and 50 KM form their work Head quarter and No Night shift . then what is safety norm for women employee.
