Need Training Indicators

If anyone has a good format for training indicators could you please share it as I need it badly. Plus if you can give me details on how to use the indicators it would be awesome.

Dear Tariq

You have not given basic information like nature of your industry, your designation, why you are asking this information etc. What you mean by indicator? Do you wish to measure the training effectiveness or effectiveness of the training department only?

Highly appreciate your reply.
Sorry for the incomplete information. As this is something new for me I was looking for help on this. My designation is Supervisor training and I am working in a company that deals with trading and services.
I needed something to present to the management with regards to what trainings are required for the departments. I have already made the training calendar but my manager told me that we need to have training indicators so that we can give something to management to take a positive step towards T&D.
