I have been asked by leadership to present the yearly engagement plan (which includes monthly and yearly plans) for my organization. Can somebody guide me on how to start off with this?
Which sector does your firm belong to, and what is its strength? Engagement programs are aligned with job design and work structures. Before we suggest any such program, please share a little more about it. The Engagement Calendar would depend on the business cycle annually. Looking forward to discussing this further.
