Implementing HR Policies: Seeking Feedback Form Suggestions

I am running an IT company, EGlogics Softech Pvt. Ltd. We have completed one year in this company. Now, we want to implement some good HR policies in our company. I need some help on what points we will cover under the feedback form for employees, where one employee gives feedback to another employee. Additionally, I need the same for the feedback form from employees to the company.

Kindly suggest some points or provide a rating scale with points.

Feedback Between Two Employees

A lot of material is available on the internet on how to give feedback. It is a part of interpersonal skills. Any feedback should motivate another person; otherwise, it kills the spirit behind it.

Feedback from Employees to the Company

To take feedback from the employees to the staff, you need to conduct the Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS). Yours is a start-up. You have completed just one year. Therefore, there is a difference between ESS for well-developed companies and yours. Recently, there was a post on ESS. I have given my reply to it. Processes for New Joiners

I need a favor. Can you also let me know some processes or points on new joiners? For example, what things we have to deliver, like can we provide the employee handbook on the same day? Please suggest a precise handbook.
