Hi, I have recently been interviewing with one of the IT companies and got shortlisted. They are offering me a 30% hike on my current CTC, and I'm due for a hike in my current company also in the next two months. Can I ask the next employer to compensate for that, since my appraisal is just two months away and will affect my next package with a 30% hike as well? Please guide me on the same as I have only two years of experience in the industry and don't have much idea about these negotiations.
