Hi, I have been recently interviewing with one of the IT companies and got shortlisted, they are offering me a 30% hike on my current CTC and I'm due for a hike in my current company also in the next 2 months. So can I ask the next employer to compensate that, since my appraisal is just 2 months away and will affect my next package also with a 30% hike. Please guide me on the same as I am just a 2-year exp in the industry and don't have much idea about these negotiations.
