Under the Employment Exchange Compulsory Notification of Vacancies Act 1959, employer is liable to submit certain periodical returns to the Authority under this Act.
ER I is a return to be submitted every quarter whereas ER II is to be submitted biennially means every two years. Format of the forms are attached.
