Asked to prepare key result areas and key performance indicators for a freight forwarding company

I have been asked to prepare key result areas and key performance indicators for a freight forwarding company.
Im looking for specifically understanding the KRA and KPI in finance, pricing, customer service, air cargo sea cargo, human resources, administration. Can someone please give in their suggestions or forward a few KRAs and KPIs templates already prepared? I need to submit in two days, looking forward to all your help

Developing competence on designing KPIs is a time taking process. It requires working under some expert. Else, you may do more damage than good.
