Asked to prepare key result areas and key performance indicators for a freight forwarding company

I have been asked to prepare key result areas and key performance indicators for a freight forwarding company. I'm specifically looking to understand the KRA and KPI in finance, pricing, customer service, air cargo, sea cargo, human resources, and administration. Can someone please provide suggestions or share some templates of KRAs and KPIs that are already prepared? I need to submit this in two days and am looking forward to all your help.

Developing competence in designing KPIs is a time-consuming process. It requires working with an expert. Otherwise, you may do more harm than good.
