Dear Peeyush
Prevention on Sexual Abuse at workplace is a sensitive discussion which needs to be internally addressed by HR Head / Directors. The HR Head should be knowledgeable, smart enough to counsel concerned individual(s) highlighting the evils associated with the act and repercussions, the recurrent social stigma attached to the abuser\'s family largely, if found guilty and convicted. Gist of \"Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace: (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal Act) 2013 available in website which can be shown to the employees in general and the repercussions, can be discussed in short. Identify the wrong doers, refer them to Grievance Committee, counsel them, if they continue to behave negatively, issue a show cause notice, invoke suspension, finally if no other option is available. A person who indulges in the said act is a pervert, needs individual counseling, may or may not work, but if continue to be indulging in the said act he is liable for termination. The HR department in your organisation needs to be smart and weed out such negative elements in order to maintain sanity and productivity of the organisation. No need to involve an outside Trainer / Consultancy on such sensitive issues, which is only a drain in your allocated budget.
