For the transfer of PF/EPS funds, you have to submit the PF Claim Form to your present employer. The present employer will then send this form to your previous employer after attestation.
Conditions for PF/EPS Transfer
There are two conditions in this case:
1. If your previous establishment has its own PF trust, then you have to send two original copies of Form-13. One copy of Form-13 will be kept in the Trust PF Records, and the Trust will send a cheque to your current EPFO Office directly to transfer the PF amount to your present PF account. The second copy of Form-13 will be forwarded to their EPF Office with their attestation for the transfer of your Pension Fund Accumulation to your present EPS account.
2. If your previous establishment is an un-exempted establishment, you only need to send one copy of Form-13. Your previous employer will forward your Form-13 to their PF office with a request to transfer both EPF and EPS accumulations to your present EPF and EPS accounts.
If you have not received your Pension Fund, you have to write a letter to the PF office with intimation to your previous employer. You can also lodge a grievance by clicking on this link
