Struggling to Compete in Recruitment: How Can We Boost Profitability and Attract Top MNC Clients?

We have been running a Recruitment Consultancy in Chennai for the past three years. However, even though we are able to find suitable candidates and place them in our client's company within the stipulated time, our client is willing to pay us only a meager amount and not 8.33%. This is due to the presence of numerous competitors and freelancers who are willing to recruit candidates for as little as Rs. 3000. As a result, we have been unable to generate sufficient income to cover our costs. We seek your expert opinion on how we can improve our business and profitability.

Furthermore, please advise us on the modes/methods we can utilize to attract top MNC clients.
