Dear Sir,
We are running a Recruitment Consultancy in Chennai for the past three years. Even though, we are able to find suitable candidates and place them in our client's Company with the stipulated time, our client is willing to pay us only the meager amount and not 8.33%, as there are so many competitors and freelancers who are willing to recruit candidates for even Rs.3000/-. Hence, till date, we are unable to get sufficient income even to match our cost. Please give us your expert opinion to improve our business and profitability.
Also, what please suggest us what are the modes / methods we can use to get top MNC clients.
