Which HR Certification Could Boost My Career After 5 Years as an HR Executive?

I would like to pursue a Human Resource Certification. Currently, I have been working as an HR Executive for more than 5 years, and now I am interested in obtaining a certification that aligns with my professional profile. In the CORE HR field, apart from recruitment and L&D, I am involved in all other HR activities.

Kindly recommend the best certification that would benefit my career growth.

Thank you for the reply! I am already pursuing my MBA (second year). I am interested in certification courses. For example, a person with experience in SAP HR can obtain SAP HR certification. Similarly, I work in core HR general activities such as managing payroll for employees in my company, handling performance appraisal activities, and managing attendance including leave management.

Kindly suggest any relevant certification courses I could pursue in this area.
