I am currently working in a Pvt Ltd company, and this company deals in Real Estate, Share Broking, and Tours & Travel Business. The total strength of the employees is 80+. My job responsibilities include the recruitment of internal employees/external trainers, issuing appointment letters, conducting induction programs, forming policies, calculating salaries, and managing employee relations. The MD of the company has given me the challenging role of maintaining employee relations, creating policies, and developing ideas for incentives for employees that can motivate them to achieve the target revenue contribution and more.
