If the employee is eligible for leave wage after working 240 days in a calendar year, my question is whether the 240 days need to be completed every year for the same employee or only in the first year.
The question needs clarity. If you work one year, you get 20 days of leave as a rule. This applies every year. However, the accumulation of leave depends on company policy and agreements with unions.
