A silver coin with the imprint of Shree Laxmi Devi and a box of sweets. This is not to be given to the employees but it has to be delivered to their addresses by courier services along with a personalized Diwali card.

It depends on your budget. You can gift Cadbury's Celebrations or a mithai box or a dry-fruit box. If you want to gift something useful, you can give a visiting card holder, a pen, or gift vouchers so that they can buy whatever they want.

As per my point of view, you can give your employees a wall clock or table clock, fancy paperweights, a small traveling bag, a night lamp, or even an antique silver Lord Ganesha idol for a happy and prosperous new year. These items are common, but they can be used and work as a memento.

2. You may give them a packet of dry fruits.
3. You may give them some gift vouchers.
4. You may give them some gift items with the organization's name printed on them.
5. You may provide them with some extra incentives.
6. You may give them a packet of sweets, and so on. You may choose any item that you think would be suitable for the purpose of Deepawali.
