Ours is a PAN India company having around 18 branches all over India, around 1400 employees. We have Head office in Pune. We process our salary in Pune ,i.e. in our Head office. We are using our Payroll software developed in 2004-05, working fantastic no problem. My major problem is every month I get thousand calls from all my branches/employees, asking for various reports like demanding salary statements, TDS reports, PF history and so on. It takes my 70% valuable time. What I want is a solution, that whenever I process salary, my employees can view it from their mobile app without disturbing me and my department. So that I can concentrate on my major functioning/activities. I will provide username and password to all my employees all over India so that they can view their own data-history of Payroll, PF,Income Tax etc. My Payroll software is in Visual Foxpro.
