Our company is a PAN India organization with approximately 18 branches across India and around 1400 employees. The Head office is located in Pune, where we process our salary. We use our Payroll software, developed in 2004-05, which functions fantastically without any issues.
My primary challenge arises from the numerous calls I receive every month from our branches and employees, requesting various reports such as salary statements, TDS reports, PF history, and more. This consumes 70% of my valuable time. I am seeking a solution where employees can access their salary information through a mobile app when the salary processing is done, without needing to contact me or my department. This would allow me to focus on our core functions and activities. I plan to provide usernames and passwords to all employees nationwide, enabling them to view their Payroll, PF, Income Tax data history. The Payroll software we use is in Visual Foxpro.

How do you charge for this service? Is it based on branches, employees, or a lump sum? I discussed this with my employee and received positive feedback. I am not very technologically savvy, but we do appreciate using technology. If you could provide me with reasonable pricing, I will consider it.
