NEED HELP To Get Candidates For Telesales

Hi Seniors,
Can some one suggest me how to get data for telesales candidates, We have tie up with monster but I am getting limited cvs.
Can you please guide me as I have to close 200 positions for telesales.

Siddharth - You can use the following channels:
1) Agencies - they usually request for 8.33% of the fee but you can do it at 6% if volume is high
2) Job postings - put up a nicely written job posting and you should be able to get numbers (Monster has a 'walk-in' method
3) Ads in the newspapers or flyers/brochures/leaflets - 200 positions would certainly be entry level and low skilled I presume and the flyers/brochures/leaflets should help

1) Ad posting and send bulk mails,msgs has good number of response in job portals
2) Naukri would be the right portal to hunt the bulk manpower

Even I am difficulty in hiring tele counselors for education industry. If anyone can suggest me ways to hire good telesales candidates or could help me with references, it would be great help.
