(Security guards, cooks, office boy,store keeper, driver) out of this who will be comes under -skilled,unskilled,semiskilled. Ay body devide this.

Any new employee, who do't neither have any technical, professional, course nor any experience comes in unskilled.
In your case on driver have a proper driving licence so it will come in skilled rest come in unskilled if they have no experience.
