HR New Arrival Checklist

HR Zack
Hello Everyone!
This happens to be my first post here and i am looking forward to having a good professional ideas and thoughts exchange .
I am working in a health care company based in Middle East .and recently have recruited candidates from other countries including India , before the Employees arrive to other country ,i have to make a checklist of things that should be done when the candidate arrives to our country (Like providing the hotel accommodation stay etc)
It would be great if someone can provide me with a checklist or important things to be added .
Thank you
Ryan
Hi
Why don't you create one and share on this thread? Then we can add in stuff that you have missed.
There will be learning all around for everyone.

yes this is important . First you can focus on writing an e mail to all regarding briefing them about time zone, weather, clothing required, food availability, conveyance availability, banking, currency info and most important the important laws of land like Alcohol and Drugs usage. You will find that the response of candidates in will help you make your check list.
All the Best
