Hello Everyone! This happens to be my first post here, and I am looking forward to having a good professional exchange of ideas and thoughts. I am working in a healthcare company based in the Middle East and have recently recruited candidates from other countries, including India. Before the employees arrive in the other country, I have to create a checklist of things that should be done when the candidate arrives in our country, such as providing hotel accommodation, etc.

It would be great if someone could provide me with a checklist or important things to add.

Thank you

Yes, this is important. First, you can focus on writing an email to all regarding briefing them about time zones, weather, clothing required, food availability, conveyance availability, banking, currency info, and most importantly, the important laws of the land like alcohol and drug usage. You will find that the response of candidates will help you make your checklist.

All the best.

4) Police NOC
5) Travel arrangements (booking by Air/Road)
6) Booking accommodation
7) Culture/Climate/Food/Currency orientation booklet

Post Arrival
