Hi Everyone...!!

I am new to this forum and came to know about this from one of my friend. Few months back I was working with one of the biggest MNC at Delhi NCR location but due to some personal reasons, I left the company after spending more 5.5 yrs. From the last 5 months I am trying to get a a suitable jobs but all vent in vain and now I think I'll not able to celebrate this Diwali with great enthusiasm..Let see which way wind blows............

A brief introduction about me....I am B.com(H) graduate aged 35 yrs and having an experience close to 08 yrs. My last drawn CTC was INR 5,10,000/-. and key skills are as under :-

•Liaison with third party vendors

•Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

•Virtual Transitioning of work from Onshore US/UK locations

•Compliance – In terms of Data Security

•Quality Checks of Processing – Internal Audit

•Commitment to Quality – Adopted Lean best practice, Continuous process Improvements

•Systems knowledge – MS Office, Citrix, Lotus Notes, COGNOZ, IBM Mainframe, Siebel, Maestro

Can anyone please help in getting a suitable job in Delhi NCR ?

Recently I had been interviewed by some companies at Delhi NCR but not succeeded..Now, I had given interview in one of the Outsourcing companies based at Delhi NCR for Mid-level profile. Now, they are asking to submit ORIGINAL educational documents for at least 3-6 months and also need to sign a bond.

I know that this kind of practice is very much prevalent in UAE but not sure about in country like India..As far as my knowledge is concerned, companies Act of India does not allow such kind of unethical practice...Can any one throw some light on this ?

Thanks

Hi
The Problem faced by you is also once I had faced and I didn't joined that company and the coincidence is that it is also form NCR so I think there is darkness under the lamp. My suggestion is try another company who didn't wants to sign bond and didn't take your original document.
