Leave Policy For An Engineering Service Providing Company In Gujarat

I am working in one of the engineering service providing company in Gujarat Vadodara and in need of some help in preparing Leave Policy and if any can please guide me which are the registers to be maintained under shop & establishment act, then i am very much thankful to you

First of all it is largely a state subject. (rules of Gujarat). Yet the minimum in 9 days of national and festival holidays you have to declare. Normally Form XVII speaks of details of salary. Buy the local shops and establishment Act book with rules as also the state rules of Factories Act. That would guide you better.
