Performance Matrix - Back Office

Hi,
We are trading company & want to start performance matrix to judge the performance of the employees within the organization so that deserving candidates can be given benefits accordingly.
Our team comprises of
• Field marketing executives
• Customer care executives
• Tele sales executives
• Team Leader – sales ( back office)
• Accountant
• Computer administrator
• Customer service executive
• Stores executive
• Dispatch
Can anyone help me in some sample matrix adopted by companies & how is the performance judged for appraisal.

Dear Taranjeet Singh,

The list of the designations that you have given is from multiple departments. Therefore, what you need to do is to establish comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS). To design the performance matrix, you need to identify the KPIs/KRAs for each department. The ideal KPIs/KRAs could be designed if you are able to identify all the direct and indirect costs associated with department. This is easier said than done. For this you need to hire external consultant.
