Can anybody send me a format for the calculation of leaves? I want to calculate casual leaves, sick leaves, and earned leaves separately on a pro-rata basis.
First, examine under which of the enactments you are to grant leaves to the employees/workers, and then go through your applicable central or state rules of that Act to follow the format for making a leave register.
