Transitioning to an HR Generalist Role: Should I Join a New Company?

sunakshi.rana89@gmail.com
Hi Friends, I have 1.3 years of experience in international recruitment and now want to transition into an HR Generalist role. I have an offer from a recently established firm (approximately 1.5 years old), but I am unsure whether I should accept it. The company is entirely new, and I am also new to this role.

Please share your suggestions.

Thanks

I want to join an HR Generalist role. If offered a good salary at this new opportunity, it would not be harmful to start with a newly established organization. At this early stage of my career, this profile will provide good exposure. Being new to this role, the application and learning of work in line with the newly set company's vision and policies would be beneficial and enjoyable. Valuable inputs from senior members would provide further clarification. All the very best. Thank you.

Opportunities in Newer Establishments

The exposure you get in smaller and newer establishments is something you will never experience in larger and older establishments. You have the opportunity to grow with the organization when it is new, gaining seniority over time. Of course, you need to prove your worth to the company.
