Now the PF is mandatory up to Basic / Basic + DA Rs, 15000/- . You have no way out. This subject is well discussed on this forum on number of occasions.

i have one query in my mind that If anyone’s CTC is Rs 20000 Per Month then how can calculate Basic Salary and reverse calculation in case of CTC given
