Dear Cp Singh ji, Now the PF is mandatory up to Basic / Basic + DA Rs, 15000/- . You have no way out. This subject is well discussed on this forum on number of occasions.

Sir, I have one query in my mind: if anyone’s CTC is Rs. 20,000 per month, then how can we calculate the Basic Salary and perform a reverse calculation in the case of CTC given?
