In haryana Rs 5/month-employee contribution,Rs-10/month Employer contribution toward welfare fund and every salried employees comes unders its ambit ,return to be submitted on quaterly basis ,as per Haryana labour welfare act

Please update if we send the DD for depositing labour welfare fund and also to whom it should favour in. I know we have to send it to Chandigarh, but i don't have address if possible then please send me the address.

Hi Dear,
LWF is calculated under Punjab & Haryana LWF Act is as under:
From employee = Rs. 5.00
From employer = Rs. 10.00
====================
Total = Rs. 15.00/month
& the same depositing under LWF Return Act (Jan to Jun & Jul to Dec)

Dear Mohd. Majibul,
The rate of contribution as shown by you relates to Haryana & this contribution amount is to be deposited by 31st December every year. The Govt. of Haryana have also given one month grace period & accordingly this amount may be deposited with out interest up to 31st January.
