Struggling to Find a Case Study on Conciliation Proceedings? Fellow HR Students, Help Needed!

Hi all, I am a student of HR management. I have an assignment on conciliation proceedings as per the Industrial Disputes Act 1947. I have the theory on the subject, but I would be grateful for some help in finding a case study depicting the proceedings as I am unable to find any. Please help!

However, I can suggest that if you want a practical case study, you should contact a labor lawyer in your vicinity. They will have cases where they have participated in the proceedings and can guide you, as well as provide you with the best cases for study.
