Is My Job Offer Valid Without a Stamp on the Company Letterhead? Seeking Advice

I am working with an organization where the company has given me an offer letter on letterhead. However, the company is not providing a stamp on the letterhead. Could you please advise me on whether this offer letter is valid without a stamp or not?

As long as you have the signature of the authority, it is valid.

The company has issued you an offer letter by signing on the letterhead, on the basis of which you have joined and have been working in the company. Since the company has given you the offer letter on a letterhead, it is fine and valid. I am sure by now you must have received an appointment letter from the company after resuming your duties.

It is not obligatory on the part of the company to put a rubber stamp as desired. The letter in question has been signed by an authorized officer of the company by putting his designation. Similarly, the appointment letter will be signed by an authorized person. Don't get upset for not having a rubber stamp.

I suggest you please concentrate on your work instead of thinking otherwise.

Rubber stamps are not at all important. The letterhead is more than enough.

Nirbhayashri, why do you worry? Did you find any foul play in this? I don't think a rubber stamp seal on the letterhead is very essential unless someone doubts the existence of the company itself. Have you joined or not? You are working now, but still, you doubt the authenticity of the letterhead. Don't worry, boss.

The letterhead itself is a valid document for the correspondence of the Company. The letterhead is a valid document as per the Company Act. While incorporating the Company under the Company Act, the letterhead, its logo, and monogram are registered. When the signature is done on the letterhead by the authorized signatory, there is no need for any rubber stamp. As your name itself is NIRBHAY, why are you anticipating BHAYA? Keep all your doubts aside and enjoy your professional career in a better way.
