We have a new joiner in Client Servicing. In her resume, it is mentioned that she is a graduate, but she doesn't have any educational certificates to submit, not even a xerox. It's been 3 weeks since her joining. We don't know what to do in this situation. She is not willing to get a duplicate copy from the University. She has left it up to us to take a decision. We have recruited her through a placement agency. Though her work is satisfactory for now, how shall we proceed? We are a small organization of about 25 people.
