Need Help Crafting a Micro Action Plan for HR: What Should I Include and How to Start?

We have been asked by the management to prepare a "Micro Action Plan for HR," which will be the roadmap for initiating and completing the tasks and targets set for the year 2014-15. Regarding the same, could someone advise me on how to execute and prepare it, as well as suggest what points should be added?

I recommend that you provide the strategic plan of your organization here. The Strategic HR Plan is a subset of the organization's Strategic Plan. A strategic plan for HR cannot be developed in isolation.
