As you all are aware of and would be working on the newly enacted law - Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 and its Rules, kindly suggest-
1. if you have any format for the Annual Report; or you are going to simply put Nos. or remarks against each Points to be mentioned therein.
2. In relation to submission of Annual Report with District Officers ("District Magistrate or Additional Magistrate or the Collector or the Deputy Collector as a District Officer for every district to exercise powers or discharge functions under this Act.") - Do you have any clarity if any such name/designation for each zone had been specifically notified further. (Right now I am looking for such authority in relation to Chennai).
3. As the Act and Rules had been Notified w.e.f. 9th Dec 2013; I think we need to prepare and file Annual Report for 2013 also and follow other related provisions. If anyone of you have any further clarification on this point, kindly share that.
4. Is there any due date, by when this Report needs to be submitted with the Employer and District Officer?
