Dear Experts, Please provide me with different ways to reduce contract labor absenteeism other than wage increases. We are currently experiencing high levels of absenteeism among contract laborers (both unauthorized and uninformed). Despite recently increasing wages, we are still facing challenges as the newly hired workforce is leaving their positions without any prior notice. This unexpected turnover is significantly impacting our planned productivity.
I would appreciate your insights on how to minimize or eliminate these instances of absenteeism.
