There are various laws such as the Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity Act, Equal Remuneration Act, ESI, PF, PT, Contract Labour Act, Leave with Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, etc.
