Dear Seniors,
Greetings of the Day! One of my friends worked for a company for 1.8 years in a generalist profile. She left the organization in October 2013 for her marriage and relocated to a different city. She completed all the formalities while leaving the organization and has all the necessary documents with her. However, her previous organization was dissolved last month in May 2014, rendering all contact information obsolete.
She used to receive her salary in cash, so she possesses salary certificates. How can she prove to potential employers that her experience is genuine, and how can she overcome this issue? Will other companies understand her situation and accept her explanation? She is interested in applying to multinational corporations—can she still pursue a career in an MNC given these circumstances?
Any assistance from friends and seniors would be greatly appreciated.
Waiting for your valuable judgment.
Regards,
Manjiri
