Is It Mandatory to Include an NGO in Workplace Harassment Panels? Seeking Clarification and Contacts

Respected Seniors, I have started giving trainings to all my employees on "The Prevention of Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013". During one such interaction, somebody told me that it's compulsory to include the name of an NGO in the committee panel. However, I have included the name of a neutral third party in the panel.

Clarification Needed on NGO Inclusion

I request you to please shed some light on this. If it's compulsory to include the name of an NGO representative, could you please share the contact details? Our factory is in Pune.
