I'm working in Infrastructure (Civil) Organisation and getting an opportunity to create an employer & employee beneficial Payroll Process.
As payroll is not my expertise area , so all u intilectual personalities out there can share your expert views related to compensation benefits that could be helpful in drafting the payroll process in Construction company.
