Whether Uniform Outfit Allowance Is Paid To Employer

Can anyone tell me whether Uniform outfit allowance is paid to employer... if he is providing free uniform to his security guards or that amount is paid to employee..

Uniform outfit allowance is meant for maintaining the Uniforms in good condition, which will uplift the value of your establishment. Even you can take action against those wearing shabby uniform, because you are paying them the outfit allowance. Issue of free uniform is entirely different from Outfit Allowance.

Then How is "washing allowance" different from "Uniform outfit allowance"???
