Dear HR Professionals,
I worked for a company for 2 years 8 months and again rejoined after a year and worked for another 3 years and 5 months. Due to downsizing they asked us to resign 1st week of Nov 2013 and agreed to pay the whole months salary. Which I agreed and signed on the resignation letter. Recently I read a post about Retrenchment Benefits so thought will take advise from professionals here.
Would I be eligible for Retrenchment Benefits or Gratuity?
Please let me know as I am aware of these things until read on citeHR.
