Could anyone shed some light on how to attract more experienced candidates in the IT industry? Currently, we do not have any partnerships with job portals, making it challenging to reach out to candidates for our job openings. While I am in communication with some training institutes, they can only provide us with freshers. Additionally, I have been posting emails in some Yahoo groups as well. Are there any other effective methods to attract experienced IT professionals with 1-2 years of experience?
