We have not came across any such Gurgaon wages cum muster roll register in Form XVIII. You are to tell the members the name of the Act & Rules under which you are requiring such register.

Although you have not mentioned the act and rule under which this register is required, but it is further suggested Form no 14 is required to be maintain only in Contract Labour (R & A) Act in case where wage is being paid fortnightly or less. It seems you are in need of like that register.
