Exploring Emerging HR Topics: What Should I Focus on for My MBA Project?

Hasinig
Hi, I am a first-year student doing my MBA. I would like to know the emerging topics and issues in Human Resource Management. I don't have any idea how an MBA project should be!

Thanks in advance!

In my HR working experiences, the emerging issues in HRM for any organization are mostly hinged on effective employee performance appraisal, training and development, talent management, organizational culture, and many more but are less focused. If you plan to do an HR project, I think you should consider the given issues, select one, list out the characteristics/components of the issue, collect proven factual data, and make an analysis. It is better to choose a specific organization for your HR project.

Wish you soon have a good project.

Vinh

The scope of the answer to your question is very wide. Can you narrow it down to be more specific? What are the things in HR that you like? What subject do you think you can do a good project on?

As rightly said by my friend Vinh, you can consider opting for the areas mentioned by him. Also, I would suggest that you can choose the following projects in HR:

1. HR Policies & Procedures - Effectiveness in the organization
2. Recruitment & Selection Process - Changing the process
3. Employee Satisfaction Survey
4. Entrance Tests to be formulated for recruitment

Additionally, I would like to suggest that you please search on Google where you will find many sample project reports. We do not share any project reports with users, nor do we allow any users to share them on this site. We can help guide you in your project work and assist you in completing it.
