Im working with a softwaredevelpoment and IT Staffing company. Guys can u please help me in designing a quarterly performance sheet. My senior management wants to have quarterly performance reviews which can be linked to yearly performance appraisal. They want to have performance reviews every three months...Weightage is given 75% to business and 25% to values (Behaviour). They want me to design a perforamce review sheet and rank a persaon on 1 to 10 scale and then group them in A, B and C categories. They say tht 20% (LIKE OUT OF 10 FIRST 2 ARE TOP PERFORMERS)are top performers; 70% middle and 10% comes in bottom. so can anybody help me in designing a quarterly performance review sheet with qualitative and quantitative parameters.
