Establishing Grading Systems and Salary Structure in a Small IT Software Company

Dear All,

I have recently joined an IT software company. The total strength in the India office is currently 7 and is going to be around 15 soon. We have designations like Country Operation/Product Development Manager, Dotnet Developer, Associate Business Analysts, software developer, technical consultants, Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, office admin, and HR.

It would be great if you could help me out with a simple format of the grading structure since it's a small setup now. Also, let me know what criteria should be used to decide the grades and salaries.

Is this a startup? If so, the structure and scale would be way different as the equity offered would vary.

It's kind of a new setup here in India. The head office is in Dubai.
