We are a small software company in Pune with orders for web application development for desktop and mobiles. We look for front-end as well as back-end web designing. However, we are finding it difficult to attract candidates even though we have tie-ups and recruitment partnerships. This is because we are a small company and offer slightly lower salaries compared to what larger companies provide.
I have noticed that some other small companies manage to recruit decent candidates even though they have similar circumstances. Does anyone have any ideas on what we should do?
