How To Calculate Crane Capacity(SWL) Without Seen Document?

Dear all,
can any one guide me about crane inspection
if crane capacity(SWL) is not mention on crane then how i calculate the crane capacity or is there any way of calculate the crane capacity.eg-crane hook capacity.

Amol,
SWL chart is normally supplied by the Crane manufacturer for various radii. In the absence of chart, the certified TPI can check the load testing of the Crane for various degrees and certify.
