Termination Letter for Absconding Employee
I work in an IT firm, and an employee has absconded from the organization. In our organization, if an employee wants to quit, they must serve a notice period of 2 months. Additionally, at the time of joining, the employee is required to sign a bond for a period of 1 year. The employee who absconded neither served the notice period nor completed one year with the company.
We don't want to take legal action against them, but we need to send a termination letter. I need your help to create a termination letter clearly stating all the violations committed by them.
