Kindly advise on the best possible way or method to source candidates for the IT industry. I am in the recruitment/Executive Search business. Many times, candidates show interest in attending interviews but rarely follow through. This is a serious issue.
My question is: how can I develop a good rapport with candidates so that they are more likely to attend interviews as scheduled?
